selection using job boards, digital and non-digitalemployment marketing, comprehensive recruitmentcampaign planning, talent planning, stakeholdermanagement, etc.
Identify and source appropriate talent for current openroles within the organization using traditional & non-traditional means of recruiting.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, initial assessments, telephonic& personal interviews culminating in offers & maintainingthe appropriate MIS.
